"The Brutalist", a 3.5-hour film by director Brady Corbet, won Best Picture – Drama. In his acceptance speech, Corbet recalled how difficult it was to get the film released. “I was told this film wouldn’t work, that no one would watch it,” he said. “But films don’t exist without filmmakers. We must support them.”
